The new printer repair procedure for the user is as follows

1. Complete a non stores requisition form

Company name CDS

Cost £40

2. Send it to procurement either by fax or post

3. Call procurement to obtain the order number

4. Then phone company, with order number, and arrange the visit

back to work zone
